Pastor Sean began his service with St. Mark’s in 2015. He and his wife, Colleen, have previously lived in Mason City, Ames, and Fort Collins, Colorado. Pastor Sean enjoys golf, rock climbing, and computer games. His favorite books include “Rich Christians in an Age of Hunger” by Ron Sider and “The Way of Soloman” by Rami Shapiro.

Rob has been the Music Director at St. Mark’s since 2006, and the Youth Director since 2011. He is a graduate of Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa and is married to Sarah. They have two children who love to tell people that, for work, “Daddy plays his guitar and plays with the Youth.” In his free time, Rob likes to read, ride his bike and greatly enjoys music of all kinds, occasionally participating in community theatre.

Julie is a transplant from Des Moines, Iowa since August 2016. She is a graduate of Grand View University with a B.A. in English. Her fiancé, Scott Overton will be pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Iowa. Julie worked four years at Des Moines Public School District as a substitute teacher (K-12). Additionally, Julie has volunteered as an inner-city literacy tutor with AmeriCorps; summer reading assistant with Boys and Girls Club, Des Moines, IA; advocate with Hays County Women’s Shelter, San Marcos, TX; and living skills advisor with Alameda Half-Way House, Austin, Texas.
